WHHC All-Expense-Paid Outdoor Adventures

To be eligible for participation in a WHHC all-expense-paid outdoor adventure, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

Be a current or former member of the United States Armed Forces
Have deployed to a combat theater (as defined by the Department of Defense)
Be currently serving or have served under honorable conditions
Have a service-connected injury or disability resulting from a combat deployment

Purple Heart recipients automatically qualify.

Additional Opportunities Upon program availability, WHHC will offer select trips for Service Members and Veterans who were not injured during their combat deployment. WHHC will also offer select trips for First Responders upon program availability. We encourage every Service Member, Veteran, and First Responder to apply.

Program Selection
Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee placement in a WHHC program. Participation is subject to program availability, verification of service, and organizational discretion.
