Date: April 15-22, 2021 Location: Prescott, AZ Heroes attended: 2 Outcome: WHHC sent 2 heroes who had served together on a hunt of a lifetime out to Arizona to hunt mountain lions with Old West Guides and Outfitters. Unfortunately, no mountain lions were taken down this time. Overall, the heroes had an unforgettable time with great food, made great friends, and saw some of the most beautiful country on earth. Complete success! Date: April 14-19, 2021 Location: Madras, OR Heroes Attended: 2 Outcome: WHHC sent 2 Heroes to Oregon to hunt for aoudad. While the guides and volunteers did everything in their power to make the hunt happen, the aoudad prevailed. Our 2 Heroes and their local guide all served together in the Army. Getting to reconnect these veterans together was just as fulfilling as harvesting an aoudad would have been. |
