Outcome: This year's show at Dover AFB celebrate its 75th Anniversary, the U.S. Air Force’s 70th Anniversary, and the City of Dover’s 300th Anniversary! The show offered many historical planes and vehicles on the ground to see as well as plenty of other activities, but the main focus was all the action in the air from WW2 fighters and bombers, parachute teams, and modern jet fighters. The USAF Thunder Birds was the main event, putting on quite the show for our 2 Heroes and their families in attendance.

Outcome:  The Wounded Heroes Hunting Camp wrapped up an entire week of fishing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The WHHC was invited back to the Washington Tuna Classic this year and it was one of the best years yet! Over the course of a week, there were 130 seats filled with Combat Veterans. On Saturday August 12th the Wounded Veterans got to experience the Tuna Tournament and finished with enjoying a banquet where they were all Honored guests. We look forward to participating again next year and want to thank all of the Captains and volunteers for donating their time to ensure the Heroes got a trip of a lifetime.

Outcome: The Wounded Heroes Hunting Camp was invited back to attend a two day fishing trip on Lake Erie with JT Sport Fishing Charters.  Our Heroes caught more fish than they ever imagined!  Another event full of great memories and new friendships.
