Date: May 6, 2018 Location: Dover International Speedway in Dover, DE Heroes Attended: 3 WHHC Guide: Chris Rupp Outcome: The Wounded Heroes Hunting Camp was invited back to the track against this year for the Dover International Speedway's spring NASCAR race. Our wounded combat veterans and their families enjoyed a great day of racing. Location: Hollidaysburg, PA Heroes Attended: 1 WHHC Guide: Tommy Belinda Outcome: Every year we look forward to sending our Heroes to the T. B. Wilderness Lodge for an exciting hunt. After having a couple last minute cancellations, we were able to send one Hero up for a great, relaxing time on the mountain. Tommy was able to get our Hero on some birds, but none came in close enough. A big thank you to our friends at the T. B. Wilderness Lodge! |
