Date: August 18, 2023 Number Of Heroes Attending: 4 Location: Waterside Marina Huffman, TX Details: Yesterday we met Wounded Hero Sue and her husband Tim at the Waterside Marina in Huffman, Texas. Sue served in the Army as a Military Police Officer and was wounded in action while on deployment. Tim served in the Air Force as an Air Crew Chief Mechanic. It wasn't long after launching the fish box began to fill. Zackary Scott and Heather Scott did another fantastic job of getting the Heroes on fish the entire evening. It was such a wonderful evening on the lake with the Heroes! A special thanks to dock owners Cary Bass and Bobby Behrend for continuing to support our Mission! |
